Get into the app but can't put in my email address or password.
Rubbish app. Unable to set up an account, unable to type to complete the fields. What's the point!
Who wrote this app a monkey? It doesn't work you can't sign in . What are you clowns playing at . If you can't sort it send the job to someone who who can. Total Shambles. Actually just thought we should be able to have it removed from play store. There should be NO apps that do not work.

Why is it ideal world will NOT send us a tracking number for our order's ? There very quick to take our money but not to give us a tracking number to see where our order's are. Get a grip ideal world

Can't get on the ideal world app
Disgusting. They refused to return my money for items I payed for but never received. They refused because I took to long to reply. I suffer from anxiety and depression that's why it took so long. If I get my refund I will give them a good review
